All therapists have a team in which they are responsible for the needs of their students. Teams range from 12-16 students in each and have new students entering as current students graduate. In addition to supervision, therapists work with counselors who supervise students during their structured and unstructured times. Therapists also communicate with the academic staff to ensure that the care provided to students is well rounded.

Clinical Meetings

Staff evaluates students' progress in the program on a regular basis to ensure that treatment goals are being met. Should a student struggle or refuse to progress, the clinical meetings can be a place for collaborative care to occur. Many times new ideas and approaches for a student in need are born out of a clinical meeting with other experienced staff who have innovative ideas which may not have been tried yet.
